The plot is also ideal as a film, photo or event location and has often been used as such. The two houses are designed differently (modern & rustic) and offer countless motifs on approx. 450 square metres of living space.

 

The approx. 12,000 square metre large property also has old barns, garages, beehives, a large orchard, vegetable patches including a greenhouse, a sauna area with a hot tub, several fireplaces, various trees and a Mediterranean garden with hundreds of flowering shrubs and grasses. The large meadow with sweeping views of the countryside is also the perfect place for a convivial day around a large table.
